How long do i have return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Custom-painted parts are non-returnable unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the item is returned because they changed their mind or ordered the wrong part. If the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or we shipped the wrong item, Hub Body Parts will cover the return shipping costs.

Can painted or custom parts be returned?

Painted or custom-made parts are considered final sale and are non-returnable. Returns may only be accepted if the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or if Hub Body Parts made an error with the order.

What condition must the item be in?

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. All original labels, hardware, and accessories must be included. Items that have been installed, modified, painted, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications after delivery.

Standard unpainted parts: can I return them?

Accepted Answer

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of receipt.
• The part must be uninstalled, unused and undamaged.
• Keep the original packaging and all included items.
• An order number or proof of purchase is required.
• If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong part, you pay for return shipping.
• No additional restocking fee applies to standard returns within 30 days.

Painted and custom-ordered parts

Once painting has started, returns for a change of mind or a colour chosen by mistake are not available.
If the part arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the confirmed order because of our error, we will consider a replacement or a refund.
These limits do not affect your mandatory consumer rights under the law.

Damaged or wrong item

Accepted Answer

Please inspect the item as soon as you receive it.
We recommend reporting transport damage within 48 hours and sending photos of the item and packaging. This is a recommended period for filing a carrier claim quickly, not a limit on your legal rights.
If the mistake is ours, we arrange and cover the cost of the return.

How do I return an item?

1. Contact us by email or through the contact form.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return, and add photos if needed.
3. We send you return instructions.
4. After we receive and inspect the item, we confirm our decision.
5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Is the original shipping cost refunded?

Original shipping is not refunded when you return an item because you changed your mind. If the reason is a defect or our error, we refund as required by law.
